Speaking of payments - we believe in transparency. Our quotes clearly outline costs, payment schedules, and what's included in our services. Additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon before we proceed - no surprise charges that make your eyes pop out!

We stand behind our work with pride. Our workmanship is guaranteed for a specified period detailed in your service agreement. However, this warranty doesn't cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or third-party modifications - even the strongest steel structure has its limits!

While we strive for perfection, we're also realistic. Our liability is limited to the direct damages related to our services and capped at the amount you've paid us. We're not responsible for indirect losses like business interruption or lost profits - that would be like blaming the architect for rain on your grand opening!

Either party can terminate our agreement under specific circumstances outlined in your service contract. We'll always provide reasonable notice unless there's a serious breach of terms or safety concerns.

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If that doesn't resolve the issue, legal proceedings will follow the laws of the Netherlands - we prefer building relationships to courtrooms, but we've got this covered just in case.

These terms may evolve as our services grow and regulations change. We'll notify you of significant updates, and your continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance.
